BEIJING, July 28 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to the ceremony for the start of assembly of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER), which took place on Tuesday at the megaproject's headquarters in France.
