Join us in congratulating, Daniela Echaiz for being one of the select few who have been chosen as an Honoree of the prestigious 40 Under Forty Award provided by Junior Chamber International (JCI) Santa Clarita. Daniela has called the Santa Clarita Valley home since 1992 and incorporates her family values of selflessness into her every day journey. Daniela holds a master’s degree in Public Administration with emphasis on Leadership and Management from California State University of Northridge and uses her years of education to make her efforts in her role as an HR professional just that much better. Daniela is an avid volunteer and strongly believes in giving back to the community she has grown to love. She currently serves as the president of Santa Clarita’s JCI and has played an integral role in several of the flagship events put on by this non-profit; some of which has really shaped her outlook on life and who she is as a person today. Because of her giving nature and calm demeanor Daniela hs become an effective leader. She takes the time to really understand those in her team to ensure quality and effectiveness while developing those around her as the emerging leaders of tomorrow. She feels strongly about always improving and getting out your comfort zone all the while maximizing your own strength and talents. For her dedication, and commitment to our community over the years along with her professional experience and accomplishments, educational background, continues to make Daniela Echaiz well-deserved for this honor.
