Chief Learning Officer is thrilled to announce its 2023 Learning in Practice Award winners and the CLO of the Year.
The CLO Learning in Practice Awards have been honoring learning and development leaders for their work in designing and delivering exemplary employee development programs since 2003. This year, our 66 winners have demonstrated innovation and creativity, commitment and flexibility across the board.
CLO honored the award winners yesterday evening, October 16, during a ceremony at the 2023 CLO Symposium in San Diego.
As in years past, awards were given in two broad categories: those for practitioner and those for provider. Practitioner awards are split into two divisions: Division 1 for organizations with 10,000 or more employees, and Division 2 for organizations with less than 10,000 employees. The ceremony closed with the announcement of CLO’s top honor, the prestigious CLO of the Year Award.
