Congratulations to Mitch McConnell - Ledger Independent

Dear editor,

While I have not always agreed with Senator McConnell, on Wednesday night I was proud of his performance. He stood up for democratic principles and the Constitution in the face of a raging Trump-inspired mob. I was proud of the rest of the Kentucky delegation also, which except for one, held firm against the mob. Their performance makes me proud to be a Kentuckian.
