Twenty-twenty will be remembered for many years to come as a unique time. We know it’s been challenging, but you have much to be proud of, and CU College of Nursing wants to celebrate with you.
While we forgo the playing of Pomp & Circumstance and adhere to social distance requirements because of Covid-19, let us take a moment to shine a spotlight on you and share stories about some of your classmates. We know it is not even possible to highlight all of the amazing things that you and the Class of 2020 have done.
Student Stories
Discover how a classmate struggled with depression as a teen and overcame to earn her PhD in Caring Science and how a BSN candidate who battled cancer during the program managed to graduate with honors! Learn how adoption at a tender age led to a nursing career and how a former Army helicopter pilot thought getting into a nursing program was more challenging than flight school. And, find out how a former Miss Colorado ignited a firestorm of support in 2016 and how Ellen DeGeneres helped fund her master’s degree. These stories will inspire you.
